本次毕业设计所完成的是位于大连市旅顺经济开发区,是大连交通大学卫生所楼,建筑场地面积约为30m×50m,为3层框架结构建筑。
在结构设计阶段,依据既定方案进行该住宅的结构选型及结构布置。按照7度抗震设防要求对建筑物抵抗水平地震作用的能力进行了必要地设计计算,并先后完成了竖向荷载作用下框架的内力分析与最不利内力组合,梁、柱的配筋设计,以及现浇楼面板配筋计算和楼梯的设计与计算。最后是施工图的设计,根据上述计算结果,来最终确定构件布置和构件配筋以及结构构件的构造措施。
设计过程中,参阅了房屋建筑制图统一标准、建筑设计防火规范、混凝土结构设计规范、建筑抗震设计规范、建筑地基基础设计规范以及国家建筑标准设计图集等资料,保证了设计的功能性、合理性,并符合相关规范规定。

Abstract
The graduation project pleted residential building located in Dalian Development Zone longevity Island Resort, The resort is surrounded by the sea, is a city located in Dalian Lushun District, Dalian Jiaotong University clinic building, building site area of approximately 30m × 50m for the three-storey frame structure building.
In the structural design stage, according to the established structure of the residential program selection and structural arrangement. 7 degree earthquake in accordance with requirements of the building's ability to resist horizontal seismic action necessary to carry out design calculations, and pleted a vertical load force analysis under the framework of the force with the most bination of beams and columns reinforcement design, as well as cast floor panel reinforcement calculation and staircase design and calculation. Finally, the design of construction plans, according to the calculations, to finalize the arrangement of elements ponents as well as structural elements reinforced structural measures.
The design process, refer to a uniform standard housing construction drawings, architectural design code for fire protection, design of concrete structures, seismic design of buildings, building foundation design specifications and National Building Standard Design Atlas, etc., to ensure the functionality of the design, and reasonable and that they meet the relevant specification.
