随着工业化的进程不断提高与加快,以及经济全球化的不断扩展,企业之间的竞争变得越来越激烈。所以生产率的提高对企业来说就尤为重要。工业工程作为降低成本,提高生产率的一种重要方法,在制造业领域引起了高度重视。工业工程包括了运筹学,人因学,工作研究等多种学科。本文介绍的就是工作研究中的程序分析。
程序分析是对产品生产过程的工序状态进行记录、分析和改善的必要有效的工业工程手法,它是把工艺过程中的物流过程及人的工作流程以符号形式进行记录、设计的方法,通过它可以反映工序整体的状态,从而有效地掌握现有流程的问题点,并研究制定改善对策,以提高现有流程效率。
本文运用程序分析的方法对大连机车厂分别进行了工艺程序分析,流程程序分析还有布置和经路分析,并分别从工艺、流程和布置经路对大连机车厂电机轮对装配车间进行了改进。

ABSTRACT
With increasing and accelerated the process of industrialization and the continuous expansion of economic globalization, competition between enterprises is ing increasingly fierce. So productivity is particularly important for enterprises. Industrial Engineering as an important method to reduce costs and to improve productivity, attracted great attention in the manufacturing sector. Industrial Engineering includes operations research, human factors, work study and other disciplines. This article describes the program analysis of work study.
Program analysis is necessary and effective industrial engineering techniques to record analyze and improve process status of production process. It is the method to record and design logistics process and human workflow of process in symbolic form. It can reflect the overall process state, to effectively control the problem points of existing processes, to formulate improved response, in order to the efficiency of existing processes.
In this paper, the methods of program analysis were carried out. I conduct process program analysis, flow process analysis and road and layout analysis for Dalian otive Works. ITS motor wheel assembly shop has been improved in technology, process and layout road.
