根据大连机车厂新厂房改进需要,针对他们的现状,研究出最优化的齿轮工作台位布局方案。装配车间物料搬运的特点是,零件种类多、物流量大、涉及面广。因此装配车间的物料搬运系统能否有效运转,直接影响到产品的质量、劳动效率、生产成本及企业的效益。装配线的布置受设备、产品、人员、物流运输以及生产方式等多种因素的影响。合理的装配线应尽量减少迂回、停整和搬运,保持装配生产的灵活性,并有效利用人力和面积,这不仅能使物流更加畅通,而且能有效提高生产效率。怎样的装配线布置才称之为合理呢?我认为它应该达到以下几个目标:尽量减少迂回、停整和搬运;保持装配生产的灵活性;有效利用人力和面积;提高士气;为车间管理提供方便。我们不仅需要一个理想的装配线布置,而且需要一个经济的装配线设计,尽量做到少投入、多产出。我们通过现场调研了解到齿轮工作台位布局有以下可以完善的地方,首先可以增加悬臂吊,提高搬运效率;然后可以重新对齿轮装配台和工具台的位置和工具台的布局进行优化,方便工人作业;再有可以优化待装工件的摆放和工位器具的选择;最后减少厂房的噪音。
