摘要
悬臂施工在大跨度及其他方法难以实施的环境中是经常采用的施工的方法,其中以挂篮为临时结构的悬臂施工技术是重要技术之一。本课题以实际工程为资料,进行优化的菱形挂篮设计。
本论文对悬臂施工技术进行简要说明,并对各种类型挂篮进行比较说明以此选出方案——菱形挂篮,然后根据菱形挂篮设计资料和分析理论进行菱形挂篮的设计和检算。主要内容包括菱形挂篮的模板系统、主桁系统、吊带和锚固系统及走形系统的强度、刚度和安全稳定进行设计和检算。其中利用midas有限元软件进行分部建模设计计算和部分进行手算与之复核,应用计算机辅助软件cad进行整套图纸绘制。
