采用单向顺序阀的平衡回路实验装置设计
摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,液压传动作为一种可以传递动力和控制的传动方式,已经日益广泛应用到医疗、科技、军事、工业自动化生产、起重、运输、矿山、建筑、航空等各个领域。液压基本回路是液压传动系统的有机组成部分,它指的是能实现某种特定功能的液压元件的组合。任何液压系统都是由一些基本回路组成的[1]。
本文对采用单向顺序阀的平衡回路实验装置的设计进行了详细的介绍。首先,分析了平衡回路的原理,在此基础上,总结出此次设计采用单向顺序阀平衡回路的系统原理图;其次,根据液压传动相关理论进行数据计算,选择合适的液压元件,阐述了实验台、油箱、液压站动力装置的设计及管路与管接头的选择;最后,对本次设计的实验台装置进行性能验算,主要包括压力损失验算和系统温升校核。进而完成整个实验装置的所有设计。

Using a one-way valve sequence in balance circuit of experiment device design
Abstract
Along with the science and technology development,the hydraulic transmission took as a way of that transmit the power and the control type of drive,already widely applied in medical,technical,the military,the industrial automation production,lifts heavy objects,the transportation,the mine,the building,the aviation and so hydraulic pressure basic circuit is the hydraulic anic constituent,and that is refers can realize some kind of stipulation function hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic system posed by some basic circuit.
This article carried out a detailed analysis of the designation about using a one-way valve sequence in balance circuit of experiment device of all,this paper analyzes the balance circuit theory,on this basis,summarized the using a one-way valve sequence in balance circuit schematic diagram;Secondly,according to the hydraulic transmission related theory for data calculation,select the appropriate paper expounds the laboratory furniture, fuel tanks, hydraulic station of power plant design and the selection of pipeline and pipe joint;Finally, on the design of experimental device for performance evaluation, mainly including the pressure loss calculation of the system check the system's temperature rise .Then pleted all of the experiment device design.
