摘要
本论文选题是根据水泥的包装和销售环节存在较大的问题:(1)包装设备由人工控制,独立运行,没有并入全厂设备的集中控制和统一监控,生产数据仍然采用落后的人工抄报形式,这种直接的数据控制方式没有和主控设备控制联系在一起,形成了一个相对封闭的“信息孤岛”。(2)销售管理采用的仍然是传统的方式,销售单据沿用传统的人工记录方式,产销双方信息不通畅,导致销售业务的办理效率低、数据错误率高、管理水平落后。(3)水泥包装出厂,全程包装计量由包装操作人员一手包办,包装员根据销售部门开单的数量进行包装、点包和装车,且水泥包装中常常需要对破损包补包,而补包数量也是由包装员掌控,整个水泥包装环节缺乏有效的监督,存在很大的管理漏洞。
为了有效解决上述问题,本论文主要内容有:组建包装车间监控子网,改进控制方式;实现自动点包功能;能够对包装情况进行实时监控;开发设计水泥销售管理系统,用户能快速地了解企业现有水泥产量、已有订单、出库单和收款信息。
本论文根据万年青水泥有限公司现场包装车的包装水泥销售方式,提出完成了对水泥销售开单和计量包装、点包等几个环节进行综合管理控制的研究设计方案,分别完成了对水泥销售管理系统和计量包装过程控制系统的设计,并将销售管理系统和计量包装过程控制系统结合在一起,形成两级管理控制系统。论文选用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线构建车间级监控网络系统,用包装机原有PLC(S7-200)兼作包装线所有设备的控制主机;采用C/S(客户机/服务器)模式设计销售管理系统,充分应用数据库技术和面向对象程序设计方法顺利完成系统开发任务;通过网络数据通讯,提取记录现场数据,并设计了现场监控界面。系统投入使用后,大大提高了水泥计量包装的自动化控制程度,减轻操作人员劳动强度和难度,工作效率大大提高,降低了销售成本,提高了企业效益,改善了企业形象。该项目所解决的问题有很强的针对性,具有很高的推广价值。

ABSTRACT
The selected topic of this dissertation from the cooperation program of technological transformation by Jiangxi environment engineering vocational college and Jiangxi Wan nianqing Cement pany under my participating .pany has big problems by the following in the packaging and the sale.(1)The packing equipments operate independently by manual manipuation without being covered by concentrated control and uniform supervision of the whole equipments .The production data still adopts the backward form of “man coping the figure”.The control method should belong to directly digital control, featuring lack of connection with the main control equipment ,ing a “isolated island of information ”with relative closure.(2)The sales management is also controlled by the traditional way, the sales documents still use the traditional methods of artificial record.
