简要介绍了塔设备中板式塔的发展历程、应用现状及应用前景。结合给定的工艺参数拟定了常压板式塔的设计方案。依据GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》和其他关于压力容器设计方面的国家标准,对给定工艺参数的常压板式塔进行设计。经计算确定了满足工艺要求的板式塔的主体尺寸,对一些危险截面进行了风载荷、地震载荷的计算,并重点进行了强度校核和稳定性校核。经机械设计完成了基础环、地脚螺栓、塔盘、接管法兰、筋板、盖板、封头、等零部件的选定及相应零部件间连接方式的确定,并对焊接处进行了补强计算。所设计的常压板式塔满足了给定工艺条件的要求。

Abstract
The artic briefly introduces the development process,application status and prospects of the plate tower the design proposal of atmospheric plate tower bined with the given process to GB150-1998 Steel Pressure Vessel and other national standards on the design of pressure vessels,I designed the atmospheric pressure plate tower with the given process calculation,the main size of the tower equipment is determined,which meet the technological requirements of the tower wind load and the earthquake load of some dangerous sections have also been , the strength check and stability check of the dangerous sections have been on the mechanical design phase,the base ring, anchor bolts, trays,pipe connecting flange,ribs, cover, head and other parts ponents have been correctly ,the connection pattern of the corresponding parts have also been reinforcement calculation on welding parts has also in all,the designed atmospheric pressure plate tower meets the given process condition requirements well.
