摘要
本文主要介绍采煤机的各部结构的设计与计算,本文总共分为两部分,第一部分主要介绍采煤机的总体方案设计。根据采煤机现在的发展动态通过分析与比较,确定了采煤机工作机构的形式,采煤机的牵引方式,驱动方式以及它的辅助装置。并且对采煤机的基本参数进行了详细的计算,在进行了详细计算以后又对采煤机的配套关系作了必要的说明。第二部分为行走部的专题设计,主要介绍了行走部传动系统的拟定;传动装置的运动及动力参数的计算;各个齿轮的几何尺寸的确定;以及有关部分齿轮、轴、轴承和花键的设计计算与校核。

Abstract
This introduction mainly tell about coal mining machine's design putation in each structure, it has, tow parts ,in the first part, mainly tell about the whole project design of coal mining machine. According to the development tendency of coal mining machine, we can determine the operating mechanism form, hauling way, drive type as well as its auxiliary unit of the coal mining machine by analyzing parison. And it makes an putation on basic parameter of the coal mining machine. After that I make a essential explanation on necessary relations of the coal mining machine. The second part is about anization's special design ,it mainly tell about transmission system sketch of the anization ,the movement and dynamic putation of gear ,the determination of geometry size of each gear, as well as putation of design and checking of gear, axis, bearing and spline.
