摘要
农村公共服务是指根据,在充分考虑各种约束条件的情况下,建立在一定社会共识基础上,为维持本国社会的稳定、基本的社会正义和凝聚力,保护农村个人最基本的生存权和发展权所必需提供的公共服务。是当前开展农村文化工作最科学、最有效的平台,也是农村公共事业可持续发展和新农村建设的基础,为建立中国特色的文化体系有着极其重要的作用。所以,加大农村公共文化服务体系建设力度是当今社会所迫切需要的。如今我国农村公共文化服务体系建设尚存在许多不足和遇到发展瓶颈,阻滞着农村公共文化服务体系作用的良好发挥。结合我国农村实际情况,加大农村公共文化服务体系资金投入,努力建设一支结构合理、稳定的农村文化队伍体系是构建农村公共文化服务体系的关键。制定农村公共文化事业发展政策法规体系是构建公共文化服务体系的保证;深化文化体制改革,加强公共文化服务机构的机制创新,是构建农村公共文化服务体系的根本动力。

Now our rural public cultural services system construction is still many bottlenecks. lack of develo
