【摘要】针对我国多数城市缺水的现状,在节约用水的基本策略下,提出以多水源综合利用、水资源优化配置和水资源循环使用为核心的城市水资源可持续利用多级保障体系,以典型城市的水资源利用为例,分析常规水源、再生水、海水淡化水和雨水等多水源综合利用、优化配置与循环使用的水资源可持续利用模式,拓展缺水城市用水保障和水系统优化的新思路,探讨基于系统概念与循环理念下的水系统规划方法,并提出建议。

Water Resource Sustainable Utilization Counter Plan in Water Shortage City

【Abstract】 Aiming at the real situation of water shortage in most Chinese cities , this paper, under the fundamental politics of saving water ,puts forward establishing the multiple security system of urban water resource sustainable utilization prehensive utilization of multi-water-source, optimum distribution and recycle using in water resource at its core. Taking ‘the water system planning of typical cities as the example, it prehensive utilization of multi-water resource including conventional water resource, recycled water, desalinated seawater and rainwater and so on, optimum distribution and sustainable utilization mode , and providing the new thought of water supply and optimization of water system in shortage city. At the meanwhile, it discusses water system planning method based on system concept and cycle theory and proposes some helpful suggestions.
