本文主要对cumminsc300 20(CKD)发动机配套的膜片弹簧离合器的结构进行设计和研究,使离合器传递扭矩更可靠,分离轴承负荷降低,容量增大,扭转减振效果改善,加工制造更容易,成本降低,使用寿命延长。
在介绍膜片弹簧离合器的结构特点与工作原理的基础上,讨论了拉式膜片弹簧离合器与推式膜片弹簧的优缺点,指出拉式膜片弹簧是一种很有发展前途的汽车离合器,尤其应用商用车上。论文对拉式膜片弹簧离合器的基本参数进行了设计计算,主要包括后备系数的确定,从动盘摩擦系数的确定,摩擦片尺寸的计算和材料选择。在此基础上,对膜片弹簧,扭转减振器等关键部件进行了设计计算,论文还设计了离合器操纵机构。
在经历了整个设计过程以后,得到了离合器的全部数据,并且在对膜片弹簧离合器充分了解的基础上,自己绘出了此配套离合器的图纸。

Abstract
In this paper , a method of designing and analyzing diaphragm spring clutch matching for cumminsc300 20(CKD)engine is described , making the clutch spread the dint more dependable. And separate bearings carry lower, the capacity enlarges. With turning round to reduce to flap the result improvement and processing the manufacturing more easily, the cost lowers, prolonging the service life at the same time.
The constructional features and principles of operation of diaphragm spring clutch are described .Based on that, in contrast with the push-type diaphragm spring clutch, the pull-type diaphragm spring clutch possesses many advantages .So it has a developing future in automobile clutch ,especially using in the bus. From the understanding of the function and requirement of the clutch, the conductional features are analyzing .Based on the analyses ,the selection of style, and the fixation of essential parameters (including the selection of reserve parameters, sliding friction parameters and the size and material of the friction disk. And the shock absorber, diaphragm spring and other ponents of the clutch are calculated.
After the whole designing process I get all the figures about the clutch, and present the drawing accordingly on the prehension of the diaphragm-spring clutch.
