绩效考核体系是落实企业社会责任的有效途径

[摘要]社会责任有利于树立企业形象、强企业竞争力、动企业文化建设,社会责任是现代企业的一个重要
标志。社会责任只有通过考核才能真正落实。社会责任难以真正纳入企业考核体系的主要原因是宏观环境的不
成熟性和微观相关要素的不确定性。建立企业社会责任绩效考核体系的对策是确立考核基本原则、建科学的指
标体系、善考核管理机制。

Establ ishing the System of Perf ormance Appraisal to Carry Out
the Social Responsibil ity of Corporation

Abstract : Social respo nsibilit y is p ropitio us to build up t he image of co rporatio n , st rengt hen t he
co mpetitio n of corporatio n , p ro mote t he cult ural co nst ructio n. . Social respo nsibilit y is al so an
impo rtant symbol of modern corporatio ns. Social respo nsibilit y can o nly be app raised by
performance app raisal . The mo st important reaso n why social respo nsibilit y can’t be a part of t he
system of performance app raisal is t he immat urit y of macro scopical enviro nment and t he
uncertaint y of co rrelative microco smic factors. The measure of building up t he system of
performance app raisal s is to establish t he basic p rinciple S , set up scientific target system , and
perfect t he management system of app raisal .
