基于 CD IO理念探讨大学生现代工程意识培养

摘要:工程意识是工程师最重要、基本的素质之一,也是高等院校工程教育的薄弱环节。高等工程
教育必须着力培养学生的工程意识。文章阐述了现代工程意识的内涵,分析了现代工程技术人员素
质结构,指出了学校在培养学生工程意识中存在的主要问题。根据 CD IO工程教育理念,从转变教育
观念、化课程体系、立有效机制、强实践教学、进教学方法等方面,探索学生工程意识培养的
有效途径。

Abstract: Engineering sense is one of the essential qualities of the engineer, yet the development of
tained that engineering higher education should strive to upgrade the students’engineering sense.
The connotation of modern engineering sense is p resented. position of the qualities of modern
engineers is analyzed. W eakness in develop ing the students’engineering sense is discussed. Effective
m eans to enhance the students’engineering sense, based on conceiving, designing, imp lementing and
structional methods.
