摘要:循环经济发展的产业化、多阶段性和多层次性等特征需要完善有力的金融支持,因此解决企业发展循环经济过程中的金融支持问题是循环经济发展的关键。山东泉林集团在发展循环经济过程中,采取“双向”延伸产业链、膨胀产业链节点企业的模式,为金融部门的及时跟进提供了有效信贷载体,形成了基于循环经济的产业链融资模式。这种模式利用循环经济特有的稳固的内部化产业链,增加了银企信息透明度,降低了融资风险,契合了银行信贷规则,有效解决了企业实施循环经济发展战略中的资金问题,为当前循环经济主体企业解决融资难题提供了一条新的思路。

Abstract:Development of circular economy featuring industrialization,multi-phase and multi-layer needs perfect and powerful financial support. Therefore,solving the problem of financial support is the key to the development of circular economy for the enterprises. In the process of developing circular economy,China’s Quanlin Group has adopted the model of extending the industrial chain in two directions and expanding the enterprises on the industrial chain. It provides effective carrier of credit support for timely follow-up of financial sectors,and forms an industrial chain financing model based on circular economy. This kind of model utilizes the stable internalized industrial chain particular to circular economy,which increases the information transparency of banks and enterprises,reduces the financing risk,and conforms to the credit rule of banks.
