市场竞争日趋激烈,企业情报战愈演愈烈,网络已经成为主战场。然而,国内企业对竞争情报不够重视,反竞争情报意识更是淡薄。面对跨国公司为首的国外企业的严峻挑战,网络环境下企业反竞争情报工作迫在眉睫。
本文首先引入企业竞争情报与反竞争情报单元模型,对网络环境下企业自身在信息暴露区()、商务通道()和企业实体()中的竞争情报脆弱点以及面临的竞争对手情报活动威胁进行分析;然后从宏观层面上阐述了网络环境下企业反竞争情报工作流程,在整体上把握反竞争情报全过程。在此基础上,构建网络环境下企业反竞争情报体系,对企业信息暴露区()、商务通道()和企业实体()的自身情报进行逐层保护,从而实现网络环境下企业信息公开与情报保护的博弈均衡。

Study on Corporation petitive Intelligence in -based Environment
Abstract
With the increasingly fierce petition, intelligence war between corporations heats up, and work has e the main battlefield. However, most of domestic corporations don’t pay much attention petitive intelligence. To make things worse, their sense of petitive intelligence monly weak. Facing the serious challenge mainly led by overseas multinational corporations, domestic corporations must put much emphasis on petitive intelligence work-based environment.
This paper starts up with the introduction of unit model petitive intelligence and petitive intelligence, and petitive intelligence vulnerabilities existing in , and of domestic corporations -based environment and some challenge from intelligence activity petitors. Then, the author gives a macro-level elaborations of corporation petitive intelligence process -based environment. On the basis of above analysis and elaborations, a petitive intelligence working es into being, providing a layering protection of corporation intelligence existing in , and , thus holding a game balance between information disclosure and its intelligence protection in -based environment.
