摘要:自改革开放以来,中国的压铸业得到迅猛发展,为我国的现代化建设和综合国力的提高做出了突出贡献,因此,研究压铸模具对了解压铸产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。
本次设计是根据毕业设计任务书要求,设计显微镜左右棱镜座压铸模具。介绍了对制件的工艺分析,模具材料的选用,模具分型面的选择,模具各系统的计算及结构设计,及模架的选用,绘制模具装配图和工作零件图,编写设计说明书等。本次设计分为四部分,包括:关于压铸模的相关综述,显微镜左右棱镜座压铸模具的整个设计步骤,设计总结,及参考文献。
通过本设计,可以对压铸模具有一个初步的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理;利用PRO/ENGNEER进行模具和模架设计,让模具设计更加的快速和简单,加速了设计的进程。

The graduation designing of die-casting die
Abstract
This design acts according to the graduation project description request, designs two die-csating die,one is  die-casting die designing of the Rotation Support,and the dislodging weight pressure cup die-casting instruction mainly introduces the analysis on the craft of the two products. The other items included are the selection of the mould materialand parting-line, the calculation for the molding parts, the selection of the mould set, the structure design of the other parts, making the mounting diagram and the parts drawing, writing the design instruction, the translation and so designing contains five parts, which include: About die-casting die related literature summary, the entire designing process of the die-casting die for the Rotation Support and the dislodging weight pressure cup, the translation on the die-casting forming , the conclusion, the acknowledgement and the references.
