摘要
农业信息技术应用已进入产业化发展阶段,各类信息技术和相关产品已经在农业生产和各类经营管理中得到广泛应用,发挥了重要作用,并为农业现代化注入了强大的活力。农业信息资源的开发利用是农业信息化的核心问题,为加快农业和农村经济结构战略性调整,及时准确地向农民和社会提供各类有价值的农业信息,增强农业的竞争力,提高农业的整体素质和效益。我省组织实施了加快农业信息资源开发与应用战略,促进了农民增收、农业增效和农村经济发展。
信息化是当今世界经济发展的大趋势,是衡量一个地区综合竞争力、现代化程度和经济成长的重要标志。因此农业信息化事关农业现代化战略的成败,是实现农村全面小康社会的关键。为农业生产提供必要的社会经济信息支持,是农业精确化由可能性变为现实性的必要保障。

The Development and Application of Agricultural Information Resources in Heilongjiang Province
Abstract
The agricultural application of information technology has entered the stage of industrial development and various types of IT and related products have been widely used in agricultural production and various types of management, played an important role, and the modernization of agriculture has injected great vitality. The development and utilization of agricultural information resources is the core issue of agricultural information to speed up the strategic restructuring of agriculture and rural economy, timely and accurately provide all kinds of valuable agricultural information to farmers and society, and enhance petitiveness of agriculture, increase agricultural overall quality and efficiency. The anized and implemented to accelerate the development and application of agricultural information resources strategy to promote farmers' e, agricultural efficiency and rural economic development.
