题目: 500m3/d垃圾渗滤液处理工程设计

摘要
垃圾渗滤液水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,COD,BOD含量较高,属高浓度有机废水,故其生化需氧量也较大。该垃圾渗滤液填埋场厂的处理水量为500,原渗滤液中各项指标为:BOD浓度为2000~4000mg/L,COD浓度为6000~10000mg/L,SS浓度为600mg/L。
因此为了有效去除污染物,本次渗滤液处理设计包括一级预处理、二级生物处理和深度处理。本设计工艺流程为:“格栅→调节池→吹脱塔→调节池→ABR→SBR→混凝沉淀→活性炭吸附→消毒”。
整个工艺具有总投资少,处理效果好,工艺简单,占地面积省,运行稳定,能耗少的优点。排放后浓度可以达到国家2008年7月1日正式实施的中华人民共和国《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)的水污染物排放浓度限值。

ABSTRACT
The main feature of landfill the leachate by water is rich anic matter, COD , BOD ,content is high , a high anic wastewater , so the BOD is also larger. The water which needs to treatment in the landfill leachate waste water treatment plant is500, Various target in the raw waste water is: the concentration of BOD is2000~4000mg/L, the concentration of COD is 6000~10000mg/L, the concentration of SS is 600mg/L.
After the analysis, the quality of this processing water belongs to the waste water that easy biology degrade and not have the obvious poison, could use two levels of biological treatments to cause the water drained meet the designated standard. The technological process of this design is:
Landfill leachate waste water →Grille →The regulation pool →Stripping tower→ The regulation pool → Reaction tank of ABR → Tank of SBR → Mixing tank → ulation tank → sedimentation tank → activated carbon adsorption tower → disinfection poll →Treatment water
The entire technological process have the characteristics of lower investment, good treatment effect, easy technology process,using small area, running steady, and consuming lower energy. It request the landfill the leachate waste water which drained must be strictly treated to the two effluence standard in the country, which is as following: July 1 , 2008 the formal implementation of the PRC “Landfill Pollution Control Standard ‘(GB 16889-2008) of water pollutants concentration limits.
