当今社会,塑料已广泛应用于各个领域。在21世纪,塑料材料及塑料加工行业将得到更快的发展;而挤出机是生产塑料制品的主要途径之一。排气挤出机是在传统挤出机的基础上发展来的特殊机型。
本论文主要讨论了PQJCJ型排气挤出机的设计问题。在设计过程中,根据机器的理论挤出量,首先制定机器设计总体方案,而后进行主机部分的设计,这里包括挤压系统和传动系统以及加热冷却系统。挤压系统设计包括:螺杆,机筒的设计和校核;传动系统是是本次设计的基础,它的设计包括电机选择,确定传动比,和传动件参数的验算及校核。(轴的弯曲钢度,齿轮的模数验算,轴承的寿命计算等)。
然后是辅机部分的设计,这部分包括料斗,分流板,排气口等的设计。根据欲求产量和技术经济等要求设计合理的材质和尺寸。所有图纸采用AutoCAD2007软件完成。到此,本次设计全部结束。

Abstract
In present society,the plastic is already applied to in every field 21 century,the profession of plastic-material and plastic-processing will develop promptly,and the squeezing machine is the mainly method of the plastic-product,the venting and squeezing machine Exhaust extruder is the special type that develops in traditional extruder.
This paper is mainly to discusse the design problem of venting and squeezing machine of PQCJ the designing course ,according to the theoretical sqeezing ,Establish overall schem of machine design at first,
Then carries out the design of the main , include extruding systematic、transmission system and the heating and cooling system.
the design of the squeezing system include: the design of School and screw rod and the checking; Transmission system is the basic, the design includes generator option, determine transmission,the checking and Calculate of transmission putation .(curved stiffness of the arbors,modulus of the gears and the service life of the bearing)
to design with the requirements and technical economy this part clude the design of the Funnel of Material、the board of current cuting、Exhaust mouth and so blueprint must pleted by the software of e to here , design pletely
