知识经济时代,企业运行的外部环境发生了极大变化,相应地对企业管理提出了更高、更多的要求。企业内部要求和外部环境的变化必然促使企业管理的管理理念、经营思路、组织机构、管理制度、管理方式方法等方面的创新。因此,对企业管理创新问题进行研究。为企业增强竞争力、推进企业改革提供理论依据和经验总结,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
企业管理创新是未来企业的发展趋势,是企业保持活力及推动整个经济发展的根源。本文分析了企业管理创新的必要性和企业管理创新的发展趋势,提出了促进我国企业管理创新的战略措施。
