摘要
全球气候变暖问题各国都高度重视,各国开始采取步骤防止气候问题进一步恶化,碳减排问题已经成为国际重要议题。当前我国贸易结构是一种以大量消耗能源和资源为条件、以大量廉价劳动力投入为支撑、以大量碳排放和环境污染为代价的粗放型对外贸易结构模式。这种模式与低碳经济所倡导的低消耗、低排放、低污染、高附加值存在诸多矛盾。发展低碳经济要求中国具有与其相适应的出口贸易结构,而当前我国出口贸易结构还存在一些与发展低碳经济不相适应的问题。
本文运用比较分析的方法对我国2007-2011年出口贸易等相关数据的变化趋势进行了测算和分析,结合我国出口贸易与能源消耗方面的现状、绩效和趋势,探讨了我国低碳背景下外贸出口结构调整与优化的思路,结果显示我国贸易出口结构存在着很大的问题,最后提出了几点我国实现低碳出口贸易结构调整的建议。

EXPORT TRADE STRUCTURE ADJUSTMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE CARBON BACKGROUND
ABSTRACT
The global warming various countries all highly take, the various countries start to adopt the step to prevent the climate question further worsens, the carbon reduced a row of question already to e the international important subject. The current our country trade structure is one kind take the massive consumption energy and the resources as the condition, take the massive cheap labour force investment as the support, take the massive carbon emissions and the environmental pollution as the price extension foreign trade structure pattern. This kind of pattern and the low-carbon economy initiate the low consumption, the low emissions, the low pollution, the high added value have many contradictions. If the development low-carbon economy requests China to have the export trade structure which adapts, but the current our country export trade structure also has some the question which does not adapt with the development low-carbon economy.
This article has analyzed our country foreign trade exportation development low-carbon economy necessity and the adjustment structure necessity in the low-carbon economy background, thus summarized our country foreign trade exportation structure existence some rows questions, proposed solves this a series of question suggestion.
