发展预警系统研究与应用

摘要:国内外学者对资源可持续发展提出了大量建议与措施,但对资源型企业可持续发展预警
,作者以云南驰宏公司资源型企业为例,通过对 2000~2010年铅锌资
源量、态开采服务年限、锌产量、炼产能、弃物排放量等进行详细调查和预测,研究了资
源型企业可持续发展的
型,计算了驰宏公司 2000~2010年可持续发展度( SD I) ,
究结果显示, 2000, 2001, 2006, 2007年云南驰宏公司铅锌工业可持续发展度比较差,处于橙色预
警区,通过在资源储量、量增长率、废排放量及资源综合回收率等方面进行科学规划, 2008
年后驰宏公司将走出可持续发展橙色预警区,
评价资源型企业制定近期规划的合理性,并指导企业制定生产计划.
