摘要
近年来,装修工程项目发生火灾事故屡见不鲜,影响比较大的前有央视新楼起火,后有上海静安区火灾,北京市大兴区在建的瑞典宜家家居工地燃起大火,火灾事故造成严重的人员和财产损失。因此在装修中必须树立装修防火意识。不能只顾装饰工程的美观,忽视了消防安全要求,本文针对建筑内装修过程中存在的火灾隐患问题,提出相应的防火应对措施,认为消灭装修火灾,首先需要做到的是选用防火阻燃级别高的装修材料,其次在装修设计阶段,也应该考虑到防火的因素。最后,装修施工要严格按规范进行。

ABSTRACT
There have been many fire accidents in fitting up the buildings in recent years, the most influential are the ones breaking out in the new building TV, in Jing’an District of Shanghai, and in a Swedish furniture producing factory in Daxing District of Beijing being built. All the accidents caused great casualty and loss of property. So the sense of prevention of fires has to be formed in fitting up buildings and the requirement of safety of fire prevention and control must not be ignored just for the sake of beauty. This article, aiming at the danger of fires during the process of inside fitting-up, puts forward the measures to prevent fires, believing that to stop fires in fitting up firstly high quality fitting-up materials which can stop fire well have to be chosen; secondly the fact of fire prev
