XTV 概述 Overview
XTV 系列工业电视监视系统是电站锅炉、工业锅炉、油和煤粉燃烧装置、水位等运行工况监视的关键设备。该系统能直观的反映出运行工况的实际状况,为运行人员调整运行参数提供参考。
系统按其观察对象分为炉膛工业电视监视系统、水位工业电视监视系统、工业电视监视系统三类。
XTV series industrial TV monitoring system is applied in power plant boilers, industrial boilers, oil/coal burner, and water level monitoring equipment. The system can illustrate facilities performance, and provide data for operators.

由高温摄像探头、传送电缆、监视器、冷却风系统、伸缩机构和就地控制箱等组成,是电站锅炉等大型设备燃烧工况的重要监视设备。工作时,安装耐高温保护管的摄像探头在冷却风的保护下,由伸缩机构送入炉膛,观察炉内的燃烧工况,并将信号通过传输电缆送出,运行人员可通过控制室内的显示屏直观地监视炉膛内点火、正常燃烧和熄火等工作状态。本系统具有联锁保护功能,当冷却风系统出现故障时,可
