近年来随着对环境问题的广泛关注人们开始意识到一方面建筑在形成社
会物理环境方面起着重要的作用另一方面与其他的人工产品相比建筑应对自然
资源能源的消耗和环境污染负更多的责任在建筑业中推行可持续发展战略对我国
的可持续发展具有重要的意义因此绿色建筑应时而生
实现建筑可持续发展必须在建筑的全寿命周期内即在决策设计和施工阶段
全面贯彻可持续发展战略
建筑施工阶段对环境造成的影响是最直接也是最明显的一个阶段本文主要针对
建筑施工阶段分析了建筑施工对环境的影响在此基础上讨论了造成污染的根源和
控制施工污染应该采取的措施
为了分析承包商在施工中的环境表现我们需要一套系统客观的评价工具来对施
工阶段的管理和活动进行评价但是现在的大多数评价工具并不是针对施工阶段的
即使有所涉及也不全面在参考各种绿色建筑评价指标和广泛调查的基础上本文提
出了绿色施工评价 GCA 确定了 M 和 L 两类评价指标和相应的评价标准并通过
层次分析法计算出各个指标的权重得出评价模型并在 M 和 L 指标得分的基础上
对施工进行绿色定级最后本文利用 GCA 对一实际工程进行了模拟评价证明了
其实用性绿色施工评价为评价承包商的环境表现提供了依据也可作为承包商进行
自我评价的工具有利于他们在环境绩效方面的持续改进
推行绿色施工必须尽量降低施工过程对环境的负面影响关键是改进企业的环
境管理这就需要在施工企业内部建立并实施一套结构化的环境管理体系 EMS
本文首先分析了在施工企业建立 EMS 的必要性实施 EMS 给企业带来的好处其次
在介绍 ISO 14001 ——环境管理体系标准的基础上讨论了施工企业建立 EMS 的相关
问题如建立 EMS 的步骤施工现场应该遵守的法律法规和关于施工企业的重要环
境因素的识别和评价等最后分析了企业建立 EMS 存在的困难并提出了相应的对
策旨在对施工企业建立 EMS 起到一定的指导作用

Abstract
With more and more concerns on the environmental problems recently, it is noticed
that construction industry has played an important part in shaping society’s physical
environment on one hand; on the other hand, it should be more responsible for the natural
resources and energy depletion and the environmental pollution than other man-made
products. So it is very significant for the sustainable development in our country to
implement strategies of sustainable development in the industry of construction.
Strategies of sustainable development must be implemented in the life-cycle it is to
say in the phase of decision-making, design and construction of the architecture, for the
achievement of sustainable development of the architecture.
Environmental impacts during the phase of construction, which is more direct and
obvious, are analyzed in this paper firstly, on the base of which, the cause of the pollution
and some measures to control the pollution are discussed.
