摘要:加工贸易是全球经济一体化背景下世界各国参与国际分工的重要途径,其实质是根据各国的生产要素禀赋和比较优势情况,将全球价值链中产品生产的不同工序放在不同国家完成,从而优化资源配置,降低生产成本。随着经济全球化趋势的不断增强以及国际分工的深化发展,加工贸易在国际贸易中占据了越来越重要的地位,也成为我国进出口贸易中必不可少的组成部分。
改革开放30年来,加工贸易作为我国适应全球生产要素重组和产业转移的趋势,积极参与国际分工而发展起来的新型贸易方式,在增加国民收入,促进经济增长,解决劳动力就业,引进外资和出口创汇等方面都发挥了巨大的作用。但是,我国加工贸易在迅速发展的过程中也出现了一些亟待解决的问题,如增值率较低、产业关联度差、区域分布不平衡,处于产业价值链低端等等。这些问题的存在既阻碍了加工贸易本身的发展,也制约了其积极作用的充分发挥。特别是2008年金融危机的突然爆发,给中国加工贸易带来了巨大冲击,使其发展面临前所未有的严峻挑战。因此,进行转型升级已成为我国现阶段实现加工贸易健康持续发展的必然选择。
本文采用理论联系实际的方法,从研究我国加工贸易及加工贸易转型升级内涵与相关理论基础出发,阐述了我国加工贸易现存问题及转型升级的必要性,并在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,就如何实现我国加工贸易转型升级提出了一些对策和建议。

Abstract :Processing trade is under the background of global economic integration all over the world to participate in international division of labor in an important way, Its essence is to plish different producing processes which are in the global value chain in different countries based on the production factor endowments parative advantage so as to achieve the goal of optimal allocation of resources, and the goal of reducing the cost of production. With the economic globalization and the deepening of international division of labor development, the processing trade in international trade has e more and more important, and has e an ponent in China's import and export trade.
In 30 years of reform and opening up, the processing trade, as a new way of trade in our country to adapt to the bination of global factor of production and the tendency of the industrial transfer, actively participates in international division of labor and the development of new ways of trade, plays an important role in the increase in national e, economic growth, solving the employment problem, the introduction of foreign capital and export etc. However, the processing trade of our country has also appeared a few problems to be solved in the process of rapid development for example, increment rate is low,
