福州市 394 名社区居民中医生活起居护理知晓情况
及影响因素分析

[摘
要] 目的
了解社区居民中医生活起居护理的知晓情况及其影响因素,为有针对性地开展中医生活起居护理指导,满
足社区居民健康需求提供理论依据。方法
应用自行设计的问卷对福州市华大、苍霞、浦下、金山、鼓东 5 个社区共 394 名社区居
民进行调查, 内容包括社区居民的基本信息及其对中医生活起居护理的知晓情况。结果
社区居民中医生活起居护理的知晓率
为 %,中医生活起居护理认知的影响因素是居民的年龄、职业和健康状态。结论
平较高,年龄、职业和健康状态是影响其认知水平的最主要因素。

Abstract: Objective To understand residents’ knowledge of TCM daily activity nursing, and to analyze its influencing factors, so as
to provide suggestions on how to carry on TCM daily activity nursing and how to meet people ’s health needs munity.
Methods
A self-designed questionnaire including general information and knowledge of TCM daily activity nursing was applied
among 394 residents from munities of Huada, Cangxia, Puxia, Jinshan and Gudong. Results
