摘要
随着城市经济的快速发展、城市人口的增加、城市化进程的加快和机动车辆拥有量
的增加,我国的城市交通面临着越来越严峻的挑战;城市空间布局的调整、可持续化发
展的要求、城市经济发展策略的改变等给城市交通的发展带来许多的问题,如何使城市
交通和经济协调发展、如何保证城市具有良好的交通秩序是城市交通规划必须解决的问
题。对城市道路网布局规划的研究就是为了解决目前的城市交通问题,对路网布局规划
各环节进行系统的研究,将路网布局规划评价方法应用于工程建设中,提高路网布局规
划水平,本论文将针对城市路网布局规划存在的问题,对目前的路网布局规划进行系统
研究,为未来路网布局规划提供参考。
本论文以研究陕西省西安市城市道路网布局规划为依托,主要研究内容有:
(1)深入分析城市道路等级的划分,全面分析目前常用的公路网布局规划方法,
对比分析不同道路网布局规划评价方法。(2)系统分析西安市的经济发展状况和道路网
状况,对城市交通与土地使用之间的关系进行深入的分析,从城市发展、自然地理条件
和社会经济发展三个方面对道路交通发展需求进行分析,提出交通引导混合式用地布局
方案。(3)基于对路网布局规划原则、依据和方法的分析,全面阐述西安市路网布局规
划具体的规划方案。在建设多中心的城市空间结构大前提下,提出交通分区理念。(4)
基于路网布局规划影响因素分析,提出基于模糊综合评价的路网布局规划评价方法,建
立关于组合权重计算方法和模糊评价模型,对西安市城市路网布局规划进行评价。

Abstract
With the rapid urban economic developed, urban population growth, urbanization
accelerated and the motor vehicle ownership increased, urban transport challenges facing an
increasingly severe. There are many problems of city traffic on adjustment of the layout of urban
space,the requirements of sustainable development and changes in urban economic
development strategy. The problem must be solved that how to coordinate development of
urban transport and economic, ensure that the city has a good traffic order. Various aspects of
planning the layout of work are learned, evaluation of work layout planning is
used on construction. The level of work layout planning is improved. This paper focus
on the urban work layout planning problems, the Current work layout
planning is studied, the reference is provided for work layout planning.
This paper is relied on work layout planning of Xian, Shanxi province. The main
studies are as followed: (1) City road hierarchies are analyzed. monly used road
network layout plan
