盐度对香港巨牡蛎摄食和代谢的影响

摘要院为了探明香港巨牡蛎渊Crassostrea hongkongensis冤的摄食和代谢与盐度的关系袁在实验室条件下采用流水系统研究了
不同盐度渊S冤条件下香港巨牡蛎的滤水率渊FR冤尧摄食率渊IR冤尧吸收率渊A E冤尧耗氧率渊OR 冤和排氨率渊NR 冤的变化规律遥结果显示院在盐
时最大袁分别为 L/g窑h 和 cell/g窑h曰盐度对吸收率的影响不显著袁吸收率为 %%遥盐度对香港巨牡蛎的耗
氧率和排氨率的影响极显著袁随着盐度的升高袁耗氧率与排氨率先增大后减小袁盐度 20 时最大袁分别为 mg/g窑h 和 mg/g窑h曰盐
水化合物提供遥根据研究结果可以判断袁香港巨牡蛎的摄食和代谢活动在盐度 13~20 之间处于较适宜水平遥
