[摘要]:存款准备金、再贴现、公开市场业务被称为货币政策的“三大法宝”,其中,存款准备金政策由于具有货币乘数效应,可以较大幅度地影响到国家的金融和经济,因此往往成为各国中央银行慎用的货币政策工具。但是我国却频繁使用这“一剂猛药”,其频繁的调节程度在世界各国的历史上都是极为罕见的。作为货币政策工具的法定存款准备金率,是通过调整存款类金融机构上缴中央银行的存款准备金数量来影响其信用创造能力,进而通过货币乘数作用调控全社会的货币供应状况,并通过货币供求关系变化影响市场利率,最终影响国家投资、消费支出等经济活动的,因此近年来我国频繁调整法定存款准备金率的原因和效果已经成为了社会普遍关注的热点,本文阐述了我国近年来频繁调整存款准备金率的原因并且对其有效性进行了分析,并对此提出了相应的经济政策建议。

As a tool of ary policy of the statutory deposit reserve ratio, which adjusted by a deposit-taking financial institutions to the central bank deposit reserve quantity to affect the credit ability, and then effect the regulation of all social currency supply situation through the money multiplier, and affect the market interest rate through the ary supply demand relations changes, it will eventually affect the country's investment, consumer spending and other economic activities in recent years in our country, so the frequent adjustment of the legal deposit reserve rate cause and effect have e the focus of attention of munity, the article elaborated the cause of frequenting adjustment of the deposit reserve rate and the analysis of the effectiveness of it in our country in recent years, finally put forward the corresponding economic policy mendations to it.
