摘要
近年来,水资源问题不时影响到工业生产及人民生活,而污水处理是保证工业和生活稳定发展的一项关键措施。然而,长期以来,我相对比较落后,自动化程度低。
本文介绍了AICS池污水处理工艺原理和控制要求,采用简易的逻辑控制、硬件和软件互锁的方法实现自控要求。阐述了AICS池系统的电气控制系统设计和自控系统设计。电气控制系统设计根据污水处理厂承担的负荷和尖峰电流选择低压开关、断路器和熔断器等设备型号。自动控制系统部分包含下位机项目的创建、编写和仿真调试,绘制控制系统流程图和二次回路接线图;上位机部分有现场监控画面、历史趋势曲线画面、报警画面和PID变频控制画面。本系统可实现自动、手动、远程控制,改善污水处理系统操作环境。最后对系统的调试与运行结果分析得知,AICS池污水处理系统设计基本达到预期的要求。

Abstract
In recent years,Water problems affect the industrial production and people's life from time to sewage treatment is to guarantee industry and life to stabilize a crucial measure of development that energy saving falls to consume. However, since long-term, our country sewage treatment industry technical level is relatively backward, low degree of automation.
This article describes the AICS pool sewage treatment process principle and control requirements, the use of simple logic control, hardware and software interlock to achieve self-control requirements. The AICS pool sewage treatment system electrical control system design and automatic control system design. Electrical control system design based on bear the load and the peak current of the sewage treatment plant to select the device model of the low-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers and fuses. Part of the automatic control system includes the creation of the next bit machine, the preparation and simulation debugging, draw control system flow chart and the secondary circuit wiring diagram; live monitor screen of the puter part of the historical trend curve screen, alarm screens and PID frequency conversion control screen. This system can achieve automatic, manual, remote control, to improve the sewage treatment system operating environment.
