Abstract:
It explains the link budget method for the uplink and downlink of LTE FDD system, the link budget parameters value, and how
to calculate the cell coverage radius and the coverage area per site based on MAPL. It also presents the examples of link bud-
get estimation and cell coverage radius, and gives the issues for attention on LTE FDD system link budget and coverage esti-
mation.
