Thoughts on accelerating reform and development of hydraulic station in small towns//Zhong Yuxiu, Liu Baoqin, Li Wei
Abstract: Recently hydraulic station in small towns has e the weakest part in hydraulic engineering, which need to
develop and reform. Based on the brief analysis on the historical background and development situation of hydraulic station
in small towns, it studies in deep the difficulties and problems, such as character, agencies, definition of function, funding
and workforce and so on. It also give some mendations on classification of qualitative, rationalization of the
management system, innovating development mechanisms, increasing public financial support, optimizing workforce team
and other aspects.
