摘要
全球气候变化是目前人类面临的共同挑战,而低碳经济发展方式是各国应对挑战的主要途径。对仍处于重工业化阶段的中国和工业化初期向中期阶段加速推进的安徽省,高碳发展模式严重制约其未来的经济发展,致力于低碳经济的发展,必将会使我国经济发展模式发生革命性的转变。由于受产业结构、能源结构和技术水平等诸多方面的影响,短期内我国发展低碳经济仍面临许多困难和挑战。本文首先对低碳经济的内涵进行分析,以便真正理解和把握低碳经济的科学内涵。据此分析了低碳与安徽经济增长内在联系、安徽发展低碳经济的问题及安徽低碳经济的运行机制。最后根据评价研究结果结合安徽省经济发展现状提出了相应的对策与建议。比如加强政府的规划引导,调整产业结构,优化能源结构等。

Abstract

Global climate change is mon challenges facing humanity, and low-
carbon economy development mode is the main way for countries to deal with the 
challenges. Still in the heavy industrialization phase of industrialization in the early to mid-stage accelerating Anhui Province, the high-carbon development model 
seriously restricting its future economic development, and mitted to the 
development of low-carbon economy, is bound to make the revolution in China's 
economic development model resistance changes. Due to the many aspects of the 
impact of the industrial structure, energy structure and technical level, the short-term, the development of low-carbon economy in China is still facing many difficulties and challenges. This paper first analyzed the connotation of a low-carbon economy, in 
order to truly understand and grasp the scientific connotation of the low-carbon 
economy. That analysis of the internal relations of low-carbon and Anhui's economic growth, Anhui development of low-carbon economy and the operation mechanism of the low-carbon economy in Anhui. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and 
suggestions based on the evaluation
