【内容提要】移动图书馆是图书馆发展的必然趋势。我国的移动图书馆服务正处于发展初期,整体普及率和质量都相对较低。美国作为移动图书馆界的先导,其移动图书馆服务具有充分的借鉴价值。通过与美国公共图书馆和高校图书馆提供的移动图书馆服务的比较分析可知,我国应该加大移动图书馆服务的推广和普及力度;明确服务对象,以用户为中心,构建有针对性的移动图书馆服务体系;重视完善服务内容,实现由简单服务到复杂服务的转变。
The mobile library is an inevitable trend of the development of libraries. Mobile library services in China are in the early stage of development, the overall ration rate and the quality is relatively low. As the forerunner of the mobile library, the mobile library service of the USA has sufficient reference value for us. parative analysis of mobile library services in public libraries and university libraries in the USA shows that, our country should increase the promotion and popularization of mobile library services; define the service object clearly, build niche targeting mobile library service system according to the users' need; pay attention to perfecting service contents, and realize the transform from simple services plex ones

网络技术的兴起和普及为图书馆提供了更多的发展空间,催生了图书馆服务方式的变革。以手机图书馆为代表的移动图书馆服务应运而生。移动图书馆(亦称手机图书馆)服务是指面向移动用户提供的以智能手机、iPad(美板电脑)、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,掌上电脑)等移动终端设备为载体,通过无线接入的方式访问图书馆资源、阅读电子书、查询书目和接收图书馆服务信息的一种新型服务方式。目前国内外各公共图书馆、高校图书馆纷纷推出了自己的移动图书馆服务。我国自2003年起陆续推行此项服务[1],并取得了一定程度的进展。
1、我国移动图书馆服务的研究与发展现状
笔者通过对国内公共图书馆和高校图书馆的网络调查和文献调研发现,我国移动图书馆服务的整体普及率和质量都相对较低:自2003年北京理工大学图书馆首个推出移动图书馆服务至今,能够提供这种服务的图书馆数量较少,并且大多集中在经济较发达地区[1];提供的移动图书馆服务的方式和内容较单一,绝大多数图书馆仅以短信形式为读者提供基本的图书借阅服务。
通过对近10年我国关于移动图书馆服务的文献研究统计发现(以中台,以“移动图书馆”、“图书馆&移动服务”、“手机图书馆”为检索词),我国自2002年才开始出现移动图书馆方面的研究文献,截至2011年5月11日,共获得相关文献267篇,其中中国期刊全文数据库中有257篇,优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库中有7篇,中国重要会议论文全文数据
