设计(论文)题目轧钢加热炉优化燃烧控制系统设计
摘要
加热炉燃烧控制技术,就是在各种燃烧工况条件下,找到合理的最佳空燃比,以提高炉温控制精度和加热速度。当未达到最佳空燃比时,会出以下问题:
1过氧燃烧,在燃烧过程中氧气未完全反应,剩余过量的氧气与钢坯发生氧化反应,造成材料的损耗,并带走大量的热量,降低了加热炉的热效率。
2缺氧燃烧,燃料为充分燃烧,造成燃料的浪费,尾气排烟大气中造成环境的污染。
所以本文根据步进蓄热式加热炉的工艺特点,根据轧钢加热炉空燃比控制系统总体方案,提出自寻优模糊控制空燃配比,使该控制系统具有良好的动态响和稳定性高等特点。文中采用自寻优理论控制加热炉空燃比的系统框图以及控制策略。
论文主要研究内容如下几方面:
了解蓄热式加热炉燃烧系统的主要结构。
分析加热炉的燃烧及煤气的特性。
3) 在变空燃比基础上优化燃烧系统。

Abstract
The control system of Mr-fuel ratio in reheating furnace of steel rolling was mainly introduced in this paper,and the overall flcheme bustion control in reheating furnace WaS discussed,the air-fuel ratio of self-optimizing fuzzy control Was put forward, which can make the contrel system have the feature of good ay~ ie response and higIl stability and system frlulle and control strategy of self-optlmizlrlg control for the air-fuel ratio in reheating furnace Was put forward in this paper,and these methods have been widely plied in the control system of reheating furnace for the steel and iron plant at home and abroad,good control efect hasbeen already achieyed
bustion control techniques for reheating furnace are in order to search the optimal air fuel ratio, to improve the control precision of the temperature and the velocity. Combustion control methods mon use includes zirconium oxide oxygen measuring analysis, heat value analyzer, multiple-object expert optimizing, and fuzzy control and so on, each of which has some excellences and disadvantages. At the same time, it is pointed that AI technique, expert system and fuzzy control etc are the development aspect bustion control techniques.
