对外贸易、经济增长与
中国二氧化碳排放效率

[摘
要]利用 SBM 模型对 1995~2009 年我国 28 个省市的碳排放效率进行了测算, 发现多数地区的碳排放效率在
~,处于较低水平,且部分地区差异较大。进一步研究发现,各省市的进出口贸易与碳排放效率之间存在倒 U 形关系,对
于大多数省市来说,进出口贸易促进了碳排放效率的提高;随着进出口贸易的增加,碳排放效率呈现先提高后降低的趋势。因
此,打破原有的产业结构格局,引进外资和先进技术,调整对外贸易结构,是我国实现碳减排目标最有效的途径。

Foreign Trade, Economic Growth and the Efficiency
of Carbon Emission in China

Abstract:Through the SBM model, this paper estimates the efficiency of carbon emissions of 28 provinces in China during
years of 1995-2009. The authors find that the efficiency of carbon emissions in most regions is -, which is still at a relatively
low level. The efficiency of carbon emissions is Quite different between different regions. The authors also find there is an inverted "U"
relationship between the import and export trade and the efficiency of carbon emissions among provinces. For most provinces, the
import and export trade promotes the efficiency of carbon emissions. With the increasing of import and export trade, the efficiency of
carbon emissions increased first and then decreased. If we make efforts to break the existing pattern of industrial structure, attract
foreign capital and advanced technologies, improve the structure of trade, we will reduce the carbon emissions.

一、引言
改革开放 30 多年来,我国经济取得了巨大成
就,而作为“三大引擎”之一的对外贸易贡献突出,在
国民经济发展中发挥着重要作用。加入 WTO 之后,
我国进出口量呈爆炸式增长,成为仅次于美国的第
二大贸易国。2011 年我国进出口总额达 36 421 亿美
元,比上年同期增长 %;1978 年至 2010 年,我国
进出口总额年均增长 %,外贸依存度从 %
