摘要
注塑机是注塑成型的主设备,注塑机的技术参数和性能与塑料性质和注塑成型工艺有着密切的关系。注塑成型设备的进一步完善和发展必将推动注塑成型技术的进步,为注塑制品的开发和应用创造条件。在大型注塑的技术发展方面,合模系统采用全液压式或液压-机械式,即曲轴连杆型式,两者在市场上均有竞争能力。但不论哪种形式的注,其发方向都必须向低能耗、低噪音、锁模力容易控制、运行平稳、安全可靠和便于维修方向发展。近年来,中小型注塑机的技术发展非常迅速,就工艺参数而言,塑化能力、注射压力等都有很大提高。
由于注塑过程是一个非稳定、非恒温的过程,在合模、注射、升(降)温等各生产过程中的工艺参数将直接影响塑料品的品质,因而对注塑机的控制系统提出了很高的要求。随着电子技术的不断进步和发展,此传统控制方法的缺点越来越显著地表现出来,如维修量大,继电器寿命短,接线相当复杂。采用有触点的开关动作,工作频率低,可靠性差,易出故障。继电器动作慢,定时不准确,系统控制精度差等。因而,对注塑机的控制系统进行改造很有研究必要。文章对注塑机结构进行分析,并进对西门子S7-200 PLC的编程方法以及使用的方法进行简单介绍。通过组态软件的仿真配合,设计出一个完整的由PLC控制的注塑机系统,实现低能耗、低噪音、锁模力容易控制、运行平稳、安全可靠和便于维修的目标。

Abstract
Injection molding machine is the main equipment, injection molding machine technical parameters and performance and the nature and plastic injection molding process has a close relationship. Injection molding equipment will promote the further improvement and development of injection molding technology for plastic products to create conditions for the development and application. In large injection molding technology development, with full hydraulic clamping system or hydraulic - mechanical, namely crankshaft connecting rod type, both petitive in the market. But no matter what form of injection, and its direction must be made to the low power, low noise, easy to control the clamping force, stable, safe, reliable and easy to repair direction. In recent years, small injection molding machine technology is developing very rapidly, the process parameters, the plasticizing capacity, injection pressure has greatly improved.
As the injection process is a non stable, non isothermal process, the mold, injection, or temperature of the production process parameters in the process of plastic products will directly affect the quality of the injection molding machine, the control system has put forward higher request.
