摘要
本建筑为通州建总集团有限公司的通州建总大厦、南通高新区创业大厦,二十四层框架剪力墙结构。要求工期为560个日历天,实行“流水施工、分项穿插,装修阶段立体交叉作业”以达到合理的结构流水施工。
根据本工程的建筑、结构特征,本公司采用已成熟的先进施工技术,如先进的模板及支撑体系、预拌混凝土技术、粗钢筋连接技术、新型高分子屋面防水施工技术等,从先进的施工技术和手段上提高质量。
本方案采用管井降水,基础周边及承台、深基础等均采用砖侧模,地下室采用与板正筋相同直径的钢筋制成马凳,为保证墙、柱插筋不偏位,先用定位箍筋将插筋定位,结构混凝土采用泵送商品砼,混凝土浇筑分层连续进行。砌筑前先将柱中预埋的拉结筋凿出调直、焊接,砌体不留斜槎。本工程一至五层采用双排落地式扣件钢管脚手架,五层以上均采用悬挑式扣件钢管脚手架。内墙装饰用乳胶漆饰面,施工时满刮乳胶腻子两遍,等腻子干后再用砂纸磨平,外墙装饰用干挂花岗岩墙面,施工时先金属骨架安装加工,再安装挂件和石材,然后注胶嵌缝。本工程采用玻璃幕墙,幕墙的金属框架与主体结构预埋件的连接、立柱与横梁的连接与幕墙面板的安装牢固。

Abstract
The building is Tongzhou Construction Group Co. Ltd. of Tongzhou construction building, Nantong high tech Zone business building, twenty-four story frame shear wall structure. Requirements for the period of 560 calendar days, the "water construction, partial ration, decoration stage intersection operations" in order to achieve the reasonable structure of flow construction.
According to the engineering building, structure characteristics, pany adopts the advanced construction technology has been mature, such as connection advanced formworks and supporting system, ready mixed concrete technology, crude steel technology, new polymer waterproofing roof construction technology, construction technology from and advanced means to improve quality.
This scheme adopts the dewatering, brick side mould the periphery of the foundation and pile cap, deep foundation, basement with the same diameter steel reinforced slabs made of horse stool, in order to ensure the wall, column reinforcing not partial, first with the positioning stirrup inserting rib positioning, structure of concrete by pumping concrete, concrete pouring layered continuous.
