摘要
搅拌机不论是在工业中还是在农业等各个行业中都是到处可见,其用途慎广,但是,现在所用的都是20世纪末人们自己制造的纯手动的小型搅拌机,其特点产量小,效益底,浪费了大量的人力物力。随着科学技术的飞速发展,不论是工业还是农业等各方面都从不同程度上有所提高,那些“老前辈”已经跟不上时代的步伐,为此我们利用高科技产品设计出省人省力省事的全自动化产品。
自动式搅拌机利用电磁阀来控制水的流动,利用传感器来控制液体的输入量,提高液体对比度,利用接触器来感应转换各个方位的信号,接触器在电路中起到承上启下的作用。并且该系统是可编程序控制器与接触器相结合。PLC(可编程序控制器)是以计算机技术为核心的通用工业自动化装置,具有高可靠性、灵活通用性、使用方便等特点。由于在制造实物时HWK-AK2-M34型传感器未邮购到,因此,我们利用了电阻阻值的方法。待批量生产,正式投产时,即可使用传感器。

ABSTRACT
Mixer both in industrial or agricultural industries are everywhere, its utility wary, but, now widely used all of the 20th century is the pure manual people make small mixer, its characteristic yield small, the benefit bottom, waste a lot of manpower. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, whether industrial or
agricultural and other aspects increased from different extent, those "nation" has couldn't keep up with the pace of The Times, therefore we utilize hi-tech products designed province people all the automation products effortless save trouble.
Automatic type mixer using the ic valve to control the flow of water, using sensors to control the inputs, improve liquid liquid contrast, using contactor to induction conversion of the signal, each azimuth contactor in plays the role of transitional circuit. And the system is programmable controller and bined. PLC (programmable controller) is puter technology as the core of the general industrial automation devices, has the high reliability, monality, convenient use, etc. Because when in manufacturing HWK - AK2 - real M34 type sensor not mail-order, therefore, we use the method of the resistance value. For mass production, and formally put into production, can use sensors.
