摘要
信号的采集和处理在科学研究、工业生产等领域有着广泛的应用。随着被测
系统越来越复杂,对测试仪器的速度、精度以及数据处理能力的要求也越来越高。
因此,研制一台实时性的高精度的动态信号分析仪有着现实的意义。为了实现数
据的实时采集和传输,本系统选择 作为数据传输接口。由于 USB 接口具
有支持热插拔、易于扩展、使用方便等优点,许多外围设备都采用了 USB 接口
来实现与计算机间的数据通信。
本课题研发的动态信号分析仪,以 CY7C68013 为 接口芯片、浮点
DSP 芯片 TMS320C6713 为主处理器,充分利用了 CY7C68013 芯片高速的特点以
及 DSP 芯片丰富的接口资源和强大的处理能力,实时的采集、处理数据并传输到
上位机进行存储和显示。同时,利用 DSP 的 McBSP 控制 D/AC 芯片,产生常用
的信号。根据系统方案,完成了系统的硬件电路设计。
本文深入研究了 协议,研发了基于 CY7C68013 芯片的 总线
接口,编写了 USB 的固件程序、系统的应用程序,实现了 USB 设备和 PC 机之间
数据的实时传输。并讨论了在实际应用中,如何提高 USB 总线传输的速度。本文
还研究了如何通过 TMS320C6713 来控制 TLV320AIC23 芯片产生信号。最后,利
用 DSP S 编写了 DSP 程序,实现信号源功能。

基于 的动态信号分析仪的研究与开发
Abstract
The acquisition and processing of signal are used widely in the fields of scientific
research, industrial and so on. With the tested object more and plex, high
speed, high precise and puting of the instrument is required. So, it is very
significant to design a real time and high precise dynamic signal order to
realize real-time data acquisition and transmission, is selected as a kind
computer interface. In addition, USB interface has the advantages of hot plug and play,
being easily extended and used. At present, many peripheral devices puter use
USB interface to plish munication puters.
The scheme of dynamic signal analyzer which is based on is introduced in this
paper. This system takes CY7C68013 as interface chip and fixed point DSP
chip TMS320C6713 as main processor, making full use of high speed of chip
CY7C68013 and abundant interface resource, puting of DSP. It is be able
to real-time data acquisition and processing, transmitting data to puter to
display and save. In addition, using McBSP of DSP to control D/AC to generate signals.
