用快速溶剂萃取仪测定土壤中的二噁英和呋喃

摘
要:
快速溶剂萃取 PSE(Pressurized solvent extraction)是在高温和高压条件下,可在很短时间内非常高效地完成
溶剂萃取。介绍了用快速溶剂萃取仪 PSE 对土壤样品中的二噁英和呋喃进行提取,再用平行浓缩仪 Syncore 进行浓
缩,最后用 GC-HRMS 进行测定的过程。其结果与 ASE 进行比较,具有可比性,说明该测定结果准确可靠。

Abstract:
PSE is an extraction method in high temperature and high pressure to get high efficiency. It introduced the
procedure which extraction of dioxins and furans in soil is used by PSE and Syncore Analyst and then GC -HRMS. The
results of the extraction of dioxins and furans pared to the results obtained with the Dionex Accelerated Solvent
Extractor (ASE) and showed very similar results. So,the obtained results by PSE are reliable and accurate.

(PCDFs) 是永久性有机污染物(POPs),POPs 被斯德哥
尔摩公约列入黑名单。二噁英和呋喃是化工厂(氯
气,有机氯化物工厂和高温钢铁工厂)和工厂/市政焚
化炉(焚化固体废弃物、污泥和医用垃圾)释放出无
用的燃烧副产物释放到大气中的物质。暴露在高浓
度的二噁英和呋喃中可能会导致肝损伤, 使人体内
