摘要:目的了解重症监护病房( ICU)医院感染发病特点,针对性地采取控制措施。方法采用目标性监测方
法,对某院 2009年 1 - 12月 5个 ICU患者医院感染发病情况进行监测,并用患者平均病情严重程度调整感染发
病率,同时对 3种侵入性操作相关感染进行分析,提出具体的预防控制措施。结果呼吸机、尿管和血导管相
关性感染发病率最高者分别为综合科 ICU 7. 5 %、经外科 ICU 4. 8 %、科 3. 8 %、诊科 ICU 3. 5 %。结论根
据各 ICU医院感染发生的特点针对性地进行干预以降低感染率。

Abstract : OBJECTIVE To investigate t he occurrence characters of no ial infection in intensive care unit ( ICU)
in o rder to supply pertinent st rategies fo r t he cont rol and p revention. METHODS By using t he targeted
surveillance , five patient s who suffered f rom no soco mial infection were st udied in one ho spital f rom J an to Dec in
2009. The incidence of no ial infection was adjusted by average severity of illness sco re ( ASIS) . Meanwhile ,
t he infections associated wit h t hree kinds of invasive operation were analyzed and p ractical met hods for p revention
and co nt rol of no soco mial infection were made. RESUL TS The incidence of ventilato r associated infection was
highest in general ICU (7. 5 %) , uret hral cat hete
