摘要
圆环链式刮板输送机结构基本定型,链轮规格众多,适合进行参数化设计。链轮是
刮板输送机最重要的零件,圆环链与链轮构成的传动系统的运行状态决定了刮板输送机
的整体运行状态。链轮实现三维参数化设计后,可以使用数控加工方式对其进行精确加
工,圆环链的动力学仿真分析能够提供刮板输送机的设计依据。
在 Pro/ENGINEER 环境下,对链轮进行了参数化设计,对圆环链传动系统采用
Pro/ENGINEER 与 ADAMS 联合仿真的方法进行了仿真。对接触参数的设置进行了研究,
阐述了链轮的参数化设计方法和 ADAMS 下圆环链传动系统的仿真方法。
通过仿真研究,得知在ADAMS 中定义接触力时接触参数的选择对圆环链传动系统
仿真的成功与否起着关键性的作用,得知由于链轮的多边形效应和链条的弹性变形的存
在,使得圆环链传动系统传动不平稳,有较大的动负荷。

ABSTRACT
AFC of round_link chains is suitable for parametric design be cause of it’s structure is
invariable almostly, Specification of chain wheel is numerous. Chain wheel is the most
important part of AFC. Running status of the drive posed of the round_link chain
and the chain wheel determines the running status of the AFC. Chain wheel can be
manufactured accurately C machining process, three-dimensional parametric designed
the chain wheel, the round_link chains dynamics simulation analysis can provide the design
basis for the AFC.
In Pro/ENGINEER environment, the chain wheel was parameter designded. the
round_link chains drive system was simulated in the method of joint simulation with ADAMS
and Pro/ENGINEER. The method of the chain wheel’s parametric design was described, and
the method of the round_link chains drive system was described under the ADAMS
simulation also.
It is very important that how to choose exactly parameters of the contact force. The
simulation of the round_link chains drive system can worked exactly or not was based on it.
The polygon-effect of the round_link chains drive system and the elastic deformation of the
round_link chains maked the round
