摘要
亲和聚丙烯酰胺(英文缩写为PAM),是丙烯酰胺单体(acrylamide,简称AM)及其衍生物在引发剂的作用下的均聚物的统称,是一种线形高分子聚合物,易溶于水,几乎不溶于苯、乙醚、脂类、丙酮等一般有机溶剂。可用做助凝剂、驻留剂、污泥脱水剂以及凝聚沉降剂等,有“百业助剂”之称。它能通过吸附污水中的悬浮的固体粒子,使粒子间架桥或通过电荷中的使粒子凝聚形成大的絮凝物,而得到分离、澄清的效果,进而提高作业效率,降低操作成本。
无色、无味、无嗅,没有腐蚀性。在常温下比较稳定,高温、冰冻时易降解,并降低絮凝效果。故其贮存与配置投加时,温度不得超过65℃,室内温度不得低于2℃。
PAM分为干粉和胶体两种,干粉为白色或灰色粉末,胶体为浅黄色,必须先溶解后才能应用,因此必须制备具有良好溶解性的PAM。
PAM结构可分为阴离子型、阳离子型,两性离子型和非离子型,粉状含固量大于90%.分子量为50万~2300万;胶体含固量(8±)%。

PAM into powder and gel two, powder white or grey powder, colloids are light yellow, you must first dissolve before it can be applied, so preparation must have a good solubility in PAM.
PAM structure there are anionic, cationic, amphoteric ionic and non-ionic, powdery solid content is greater than 90%. molecular weight of 500,000 ~2300; colloidal solid content (8 ± )%.
