基于 DSP 的高频链逆变电源的设计
摘要
本论文针对在汽车、轮船等交通工具领域所需求的一种电源进行研究,这类电源的共
同点是由输入为低电压直流电,输出是工频交流电,以能够将交通工具的蓄电池存储的电
能转化成为一些应急设备使用的工频交流电。
论文所介绍的电源的主电路由 DC/DC 和 DC/AC 两个部分组成,其中 DC/DC 部分采
用推挽电路,实现从低压直流向高压直流的转换;DC/AC 部分采用全桥逆变电路,实现从
高压直流向工频交流电的转换。该方案虽然有三个功率变换环节,但其原理简单,实现的
技术成熟,并且能很好地实现高频链和 SPWM 逆变器的结合,产生谐波含量低的工频正弦
波输出。电源的控制环节也是分为两个部分,由电压控制型芯片 SG3525 实现对 DC/DC 环
节的 PWM 控制并利用芯片自带的补偿引脚实现反馈控制;DC/AC 环节采用 SPWM 调制
技术,同时通过 DSP 实现对电压平均值和电流瞬时值采样,通过软件实现对逆变环节的
PID 控制。此外,为了确保电路能够稳定安全的工作,设计中加入了过压、欠压保护,以
及过流、短路保护。
论文在对电路进行设计的同时还利用 MATLAB 对主电路和控制电路进行了仿真,以
保证参数设置的合理性。

The Design of High-frequency Inverter Based on DSP
ABSTRACT
All the paper introduces a type of high-frequency inverter which can be used for supply
source of the vehicle. This type of inverter can convert a low-voltage direct current of storage
battery into a 220V alternating current.
The main circuit of the inverter which is introduced in the article includes two parts:
The first part is DC/DC. The DC/DC converter chooses the push-pull topology that enables a low
power voltage step-up to a high voltage. The second part is DC/AC. The DC/AC converter
chooses the full-bridge topology which have a 220V 50Hz output. Although there are three power
conversions in the system, because of the simple principle, mature implementation technology, the
system is capable bining high frequency chain and SPWM inverter and producing 50Hz
sinusoidal wave with lower harmonics elements. The control system also includes two parts: The
first part is DC/DC control unit. The drive signals is generated by SG3525 PWM control circuit
which can offer improved performance when implemented for controlling all types of switching
power supplies. The feedback closed-loop control can be obtained by using the 9th pin of the
chip. The second part is DC/AC control unit. The design chooses the SPWM as the driv
