摘要
随着人民生活水平的提高和菜篮子工程的进一步实施。我省的蔬菜大棚必将迎来大规模的蓬勃发展,这势必对棚室作业机械的要求将会越来越迫切,为此,根据蔬菜大棚内作业的特点和特殊性,对作业机的要求和目前菜农的经济技术条件,同时参照了国内外现有的机型,设计和研制了一种更能适应这种作业要求的小型旋耕机。我设计的小型旋耕机是对现有的机型进行了大量改进的一种新型的旋耕机。其中主要优点为耕深可调且能达到30mm以上,并且耕深加深同时质量轻适合一个人操作。真正的实现微型旋耕机的轻便和耕深。
此小型旋耕机主要是采用小型的汽油机和齿轮链轮多级变档传动,旋耕部件取代了驱动轮的行走作用。该旋耕机具有体积小、结构简单、重量轻、操作灵活、碎土性能好,生产率高等优点。这种旋耕机的试制成功,将会大大的降低农民的劳动强度,从而提高劳动生产率;同时可以降低蔬菜的生产成本。这必将为蔬菜大棚事业的发展做出新的更大的贡献。

Abstract
With the improvement of the people’ living level and the implementing of vegetable project . The flourish development is ed in my provided vegetable machine used in the green house. In this condition, it is very important to develop the shed machine. According to the characters and particularity, the need of working machine and the economy condition of peasants at present and in the terms of machine type of our country or foreign countries, designing and studying minitype rotary cultivator is fired to content this working need. The rotary cultivator which I designed is a kind of new style .one of its main characters is the adjustable depth ,it can up to more than 30 mm, and it is suit for one person to operate in the same time. It’s really good e true the portability and cultivation depth about the minitype rotary cultivator.
This rotary cultivator adopts minitype petrol engine and multilevel changeable speed transmission passing by gears and sprocket wheels, rotary tillage parts replace the driving wheel. There are some advantages about the minitype r
