金华市中小企业成本控制问题探析
摘要:金华市中小企业已经成为金华市经济的重要组成部分,其所创造的价值占城市生产总值比重大。而在当今紧张的经济环境下,中小企业面临着各种难题,成本控制是中小企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中取得成功的关键。成本控制是企业依据一定时期的情况预先建立的成本管理目标,是现代成本管理的核心,是降低成本、提高经济效益的重要手段。开展成本控制活动的目的就是防止资源的浪费,使成本降到尽可能低的水平,并保持已降低的成本水平。论文从成本控制的意义入手,以金华市中小企业为研究样本,描述了当前金华市中小企业对成本控制中存在的问题及表现,试图通过分析不同行业的企业成本控制现状,提出相应的解决方案。

Analysis on cost control for small and medium
enterprises in Jinhua
Abstract:Small and medium enterprises have e an important part of the economy in Jinhua, they create value accounting for the city's GDP proportion. However, in today's tight economic environment, small and medium enterprises face all kinds of problems, cost control is the key to ess in the fierce petition. Cost control is the object of cost management basis on a certain period of corporate, the core of modern cost management, the important means of reduce costs and improve economic benefit. The cost control activities can prevent the waste of resources, make the cost down to as low as possible and keep the lower level of cost. This paper says the meaning of cost control, research on small and medium enterprises
in Jinhua, describe the problems of cost control and try to analysis cost control status on different industries, then put forward the corresponding solutions.
