本课题是对后装压缩式垃圾车的各专用装置进行分析与研究,从而设计出合理的专用装置,并对垃圾车进行了绿色设计与人机工程方面的研究。

XZ5110ZYS后装压缩式垃圾车专用装置由车厢、推挤卸料机构、装填机构、举升机构和液压系统等部分组成。车厢大多采用骨架式结构,车厢的纵截面一般为直角梯形,该车推挤面断面选择了矩形横截面的型式,推板的结构型式为折面型。
XZ5110ZYS型压缩式垃圾车专用装置的工作由专门设计的一套液压系统提供动力,从而实现对垃圾的清扫、压实和推卸以及举升后装压缩机构等基本功能。
使用绿色设计的方法对后装压缩式垃圾车进行设计与制造,考虑到了垃圾车是一种城市车辆,体现了对人(包括使用者和周围的人群)的关心尊重和对环境的保护,符合当代机械产品设计安全、舒适、可靠、满足用户需求的设计理念,使得垃圾车的设计水平得到了进一步提高,使产品容易实现系列化、标准化、模块化,有利于提高产品的
“绿色度”。

Abstract:
The topic of the paper is the analyzing of the special mechanism of the back-pression garbage truck, designing the suitable special mechanism, the green design and human engineering.
XZ5110ZYS back-pression garbage truck special mechanism consists partment equip-pack anization; anization; put-up mechanism and hydraulic system. partments of the back-pression garbage trucks choose the structure of the frame, and the vertical section partment is angled trapezium. Its shoving section uses the rectangle patter.
The power of equip-pack anization of XZ5110ZYS back-pression garbage truck is provided by a set of hydraulic system. pletes the fundamental function of cleaning, pressing, lifting and pushing.
The method of green design is a advanced way. Considering the garbage truck is a civic truck, it is necessary to design and machine the green back-pression garbage truck. It shows we respect the people’s everyday life and environment protect is the greatest desire. It suits the safe, comfortable and reliability machinery production desire. The level of the design of the garbage truck is quickly developed at same time.
