本论文首先介绍了有液压测力装置有关背景知识和发展现状,以及作者设计的一个简便的液压测力装置。
其中讨论了液压测力的基本原理和其适用范围,研究它的对于其他测力装置的优劣。重点阐述了设计的总体思路和该液压测力装置各个部件的选用及压力用油做了最优选择,并对该装置重要部件缸体做了详细的校核,且对该测力装置的测量范围和测量精度也做了客观的讨论。
最后,作者就活塞与缸筒间的内泄问题,缸桶系统的“有效面积”和压力表对液压测力装置测定值的影响做了细致论述,做出了前瞻性研究。

ABSTRACT
This thesis introduced to have hydraulic pressure to measure the force apparatus relevant background knowledge and deveolp present condition first, and the author design of a simple hydraulic pressure measure force apparatus.
Discussed among them the hydraulic pressure measures the basic priniple of force to apply scope with it and study it of for other measure the good and bad of force point elaborated the total way of thinking of design to measure force to equip choose of each assembly unit, subassembly to use with that hydraulic pressure and the pressure made the superior choice with the oil, and to should equip important assembly unit, subassembly urn body to make a detailed school a pit, and to should measured measure scope and measure accuracy of force apparatus to also make an objective discussion.
End, author piston and urn tube of inside leak question, urn"active area" and pressure gauge of the barrel system measured the influence of the force apparatus measuring value to make meticulous treatise to the hydraulic pressure and made prospect a research.
